一高压热水锅炉水冷壁管出现纵向开裂和径向变形,本文对锅炉水冷壁及割管进行了宏观检查、金相检测,以及使用数值模拟的方法分析了鳍片管的应力分布状况,得出了鳍片管焊接结构不合理、给水分配系统故障为管子开裂、变形原因的结论,并依此对改进措施提出了建议。

A tube of high pressure hot water boiler was found longitudinal cracking and radial deformation. Macro examination, material microstructure analysis and numerical simulation method were used to find out the reasons. It was found that improper welding structure of the ifnned tubes and water supply system disfunction were the causes to the tube crack and deformation, and then paper provides some suggestions for amending according to this conclusion.
