在应变强化低温液体贮罐的制造过程中,将自动等离子弧焊加氩弧焊焊接(PAW+GTAW)工艺成功应用到内容器纵焊缝的焊接中。从焊接材料的选择、焊接工艺评定等方面进行了论述,以此确定了合理的S30408不锈钢的焊接工艺,达到了设计的要求。相对传统的埋弧焊(SAW),此项技术的应用明显提高了焊接接头性能和焊接生产效率,且大大减少了焊材成本。
在應變彊化低溫液體貯罐的製造過程中,將自動等離子弧銲加氬弧銲銲接(PAW+GTAW)工藝成功應用到內容器縱銲縫的銲接中。從銲接材料的選擇、銲接工藝評定等方麵進行瞭論述,以此確定瞭閤理的S30408不鏽鋼的銲接工藝,達到瞭設計的要求。相對傳統的埋弧銲(SAW),此項技術的應用明顯提高瞭銲接接頭性能和銲接生產效率,且大大減少瞭銲材成本。

During the manufacturing process of stain strengthening cryogenic storage tank, PAW+GTAW was successfully applied to the longitudinal welds in inner tanks. Welding materials and process parameters of PAW are introduced and reasonable S30408 welding process is identiifed. Properties of welds joint meet the design requirements. Compared with the traditional SAW, the application of PAW+GTAW improved welding performance of joints and productivity signiifcantly, and reduced welding costs greatly.
