本文介绍了小径管环缝探伤胶片平面式和包裹式两种放置方式对双壁双影椭圆成像的影像长度及缺陷(φ2mm通孔)检出率的两个实验结果,得出了小径管环缝探伤双壁双影透照时,胶片采用包裹式放置缺陷检出率优于平方式布置的结论。
本文介紹瞭小徑管環縫探傷膠片平麵式和包裹式兩種放置方式對雙壁雙影橢圓成像的影像長度及缺陷(φ2mm通孔)檢齣率的兩箇實驗結果,得齣瞭小徑管環縫探傷雙壁雙影透照時,膠片採用包裹式放置缺陷檢齣率優于平方式佈置的結論。

This paper introduced two experiment results of double wall and double shadow elliptic imagery length and defect (φ2mm through hole) detection rate of small-diameter pipe welding detection of the two different placement way of iflm for plane type and packaged type. The conclusion was obtained when using double wall and double image transmission for small-diameter tube welding test, it is better that the defect detection rate with packaged type placement of the iflm than that with lfat type.
