本文通过理论分析得出不锈钢波纹管中超声导波的近似频散方程,利用disperse软件对方程,建立L(0,2)模态超声导波对不锈钢波纹管进行检测。利用压电陶瓷晶片和电磁声换能器激励接收L(0,2)模态导波可以识别不锈钢波纹管中的裂纹缺陷。

In the paper, approximate dispersion equation of ultrasonic guided wave in stainless steel corrugated tube is obtained by theoretical analysis, and the equation is numerical calculated by using the disperse software. Through analysis, L (0, 2) modal ultrasonic guided wave is selected to test the stainless steel corrugated tubes. The experimental results showed that, using the piezoelectric ceramic crystal chips and electromagnetic acoustic energy transducer to incentive receive the L (0,2) modal guided wave could identify the crack defects as bellows.
