本文针对某化肥厂合成氨装置的蒸汽发生器发生泄漏的原因进行了分析。该设备的材质为SA336F22(相当于国内2.25Cr-1Mo),属于高温高压临氢设备,出现了垂直于焊缝方向的横向裂纹.经分析这些裂纹主要是氢浓度过高而引起的氢致延迟裂纹,并结合实际的情况提出了合适的返修措施。
本文針對某化肥廠閤成氨裝置的蒸汽髮生器髮生洩漏的原因進行瞭分析。該設備的材質為SA336F22(相噹于國內2.25Cr-1Mo),屬于高溫高壓臨氫設備,齣現瞭垂直于銲縫方嚮的橫嚮裂紋.經分析這些裂紋主要是氫濃度過高而引起的氫緻延遲裂紋,併結閤實際的情況提齣瞭閤適的返脩措施。

The article analyses the leakage reason of stream generator for a ammonia synthesis. The device is made of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel, belongs to the high-temperature high-pressure hydrogenation equipment, several cracks occurred on the circumferential welds, which are vertical to the weld direction. It has been shown that the over-high concentration of hydrogen is the major factor producing hydrogen-induced delay cracking. According to the characteristic of the condition, we also introduced a series of suitable repair measures.
