薄钢板焊缝（3～15mm）手工超声波检测，越薄难度越大。但只要选用性能好的短前沿、较高频率、大K值的小晶片斜探头，以数字超声检测仪器组合调试好灵敏度，尽可能以直射波手动检测，应用工艺得当，就能取得较理想效果。手动检测是经济、快捷、实用的无损检测方法。

For the manual ultrasonic testing of thin steel weld (3~15mm), the weld of thinner was more dififcult detected. But as long as we select the good performance small crystal chip bevel probe with short front edge, high frequency and big k values, adjust the sensitivity of digital ultrasonic testing instrument, and try our best to use direct wave, we’ll get a more satisfactory result. The manual ultrasonic testing is an economic, rapid and practical NDT method.
