应用相控阵、TOFD、射线和A超超声波对同一模拟试板进行检测,分析相控阵检测在缺陷定性、定位和定量的准确性。结果表明:相控阵检测在缺陷定位和定量的准确性较高,但对于缺陷定性比较困难,测缺陷自身高度时误差也比较大。研究结果有助于相控阵检测技术的推广应用,为无损检测方法的选择提供参考。

By applying phased array inspection, TOFD, RT and A super ultrasonic detection to detect the same simulation test plate, phased array technology in the defect location, qualitative, quantitative accuracy were analyzed. The results showed that phased array inspection in defect location and quantitative was more accurate. But judging defect properties by this method was dififcult and the height of defects measurement error was bigger. The results contribute to promoting and using phased array inspection technology and provided a reference for the methods of nondestructive testing.
