传统的超声波检测技术往往依赖于现场检测人员的经验,人为因素对检测的结果影响较大,常出现错判、漏判,降低了检测的可靠性。通过展开对智能超声检测技术的研究,建立了一个专用的智能化超声检测系统,并应用于第三类压力容器的现场检测,取得了较好的效果。

Traditional ultrasonic detection technique often rely on on-site inspection personnel experience, human factors inlfuence on the detection result, mistakes, missing often reduce the detection reliability. Through the research on the intelligent ultrasonic detection technology, the paper set up a special intelligent ultrasonic detection system applied to detect the third types of pressure vessel, and good results were achieved.
