曳引式货梯的蜗轮在轿厢下行过程中发生断裂,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、断口扫描电镜分析等,分析了蜗轮轮齿断裂产生的机理与原因。结果表明:蜗轮轮齿断裂处主要以解理断裂为主。
抴引式貨梯的蝸輪在轎廂下行過程中髮生斷裂,通過宏觀分析、化學成分分析、金相檢驗、斷口掃描電鏡分析等,分析瞭蝸輪輪齒斷裂產生的機理與原因。結果錶明:蝸輪輪齒斷裂處主要以解理斷裂為主。
예인식화제적와륜재교상하행과정중발생단렬,통과굉관분석、화학성분분석、금상검험、단구소묘전경분석등,분석료와륜륜치단렬산생적궤리여원인。결과표명:와륜륜치단렬처주요이해리단렬위주。
The turbine of traction type elevator was cracked when the elevator car was going down. The failure reason was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and SEM analysis. The results showed that main fracture of the turbine is cleavage fracture.
