管壳式换热器广泛应用于石油化工等装置,而管束内漏的风险却一直困扰着装置的长周期运行。针对循环水冷却器管束内漏,结合制造与修理及相关文献的案例,从设计、制造及使用等控制环节对固定管板式、浮头式及U形管式等管束的内漏进行了分析,为防止管束内漏的风险需要设计、制造及使用共同控制,并给出了合理的建议。
管殼式換熱器廣汎應用于石油化工等裝置,而管束內漏的風險卻一直睏擾著裝置的長週期運行。針對循環水冷卻器管束內漏,結閤製造與脩理及相關文獻的案例,從設計、製造及使用等控製環節對固定管闆式、浮頭式及U形管式等管束的內漏進行瞭分析,為防止管束內漏的風險需要設計、製造及使用共同控製,併給齣瞭閤理的建議。

The tube shell type heat exchanger is widely used in petrochemical equipment, and the risk of leakage has plaguedlong period operation of the device. For circulating water cooler tube bundle of leakage, combined with the case of manufacturing and repair and related literature, from the control links of the design, manufacture and use, the leakage reasons are analyzed and discussed, such as the ifxed tube-sheet, lfoating head and u-tube bundle. Preventing the tube bundle from leakage, the design, manufacture and use should be associatedas a trinity. Also the reasonable suggestions are given.
