介绍通过对LW36型断路器检修状态合分操作均正常、送电时出现合后即分的故障进行分析和研究，得出了故障发生的原因主要是由于合闸时三相连杆与机构外拐臂发生直接碰撞造成的，并提出了高压断路器合后即分故障的检测方法及防范措施。

By analyzing the failure of instant open after close for LW36 type circuit breaker which were normal in the maintenance of state,fault reasons was mainly due to the direct collision of three phase connecting rod and crank arm mechanism on closing? And the detection method and prevention method are proposed on the failure of circuit breaker under the open after close.
