从调度员值班工作出发,通过对电网调度值班工作各项业务的执行流程、环节的研究,对各项业务的共性也即本文所提的决策模式进行了初步探讨。电网调度值班工作的难点,在于对电网运行风险的分析、判断及防控措施的提出。在提出共同的决策模式基础上,通过阐述电网运行状态划分的概念并结合调度值班工作过程中的n-1分析方法,提出了发现电网风险及其对应防控措施的思路方法。

this paper has studied the similarity of these procedures and links which is called decision model through studying on the procedure and link of each item about power grid dispatching duty. Of course this study has based on experience of power grid dis-patching duty. <br> The difficulty of power grid dispatching duty is analysis、 judgment of power grid operation risk and how to find out the corre-sponding solutions. Through explaining the concept of how to divide power grid operation status and the analysis method of n-1 meth-od during power grid dispatching duty,this paper has pointed out the way which can find out the power grid operation risk and the corresponding solutions. This concept and analysis method is the key of decision model.
