目的:分析比较消毒前后内镜菌落数和物体表面微生物负载量的变化情况,对内镜室的清洗消毒环节提供客观评价。方法选择临床使用后内镜(胃、肠镜各30例),采用细菌培养法检测酸化水消毒前后内镜上菌落数,同时采用ATP荧光法检测水池、干燥台、水龙头、水枪、气枪消毒前后ATP含量;分别比较生物清除率。结果胃、肠镜消毒前菌落数平均值分别为1785.8 CFU/cm2和2369.3 CFU/cm2,酸化水消毒后细菌清除率为100%和99.9%。水池、干燥台、水龙头、水枪、气枪消毒前相对发光值(relative light unit, RLU)的平均数分别为139.4、10.6、753.8、229.0、5.8,酸化水消毒后微生物清除率依次为84.8%、90.2%、89.2%、89.9%、90.3%。结论胃、肠镜按规范消毒后均合格;物体表面RLU值最高的是水龙头,消毒后微生物清除率最高的是气枪、最低是水池。

목적:분석비교소독전후내경균락수화물체표면미생물부재량적변화정황,대내경실적청세소독배절제공객관평개。방법선택림상사용후내경(위、장경각30례),채용세균배양법검측산화수소독전후내경상균락수,동시채용ATP형광법검측수지、간조태、수룡두、수창、기창소독전후ATP함량;분별비교생물청제솔。결과위、장경소독전균락수평균치분별위1785.8 CFU/cm2화2369.3 CFU/cm2,산화수소독후세균청제솔위100%화99.9%。수지、간조태、수룡두、수창、기창소독전상대발광치(relative light unit, RLU)적평균수분별위139.4、10.6、753.8、229.0、5.8,산화수소독후미생물청제솔의차위84.8%、90.2%、89.2%、89.9%、90.3%。결론위、장경안규범소독후균합격;물체표면RLU치최고적시수룡두,소독후미생물청제솔최고적시기창、최저시수지。
Objective We intended to analyze the changes in the number of colonies, compared before with after endoscopic disinfection and surface microbial load, the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopy room links, and to provide an objective evaluation. Method The detection of total bacterial number in digestive endoscope before and after acidified water disinfection was made to compare the biological clearance while the content of ATP in pools, drying station, faucets, water guns and air guns was detected by fluorescence assay ATP to compare its biological clearance. Results The contamination of gastrocopy and entercopy was most serious, the mean total bacteria colong was 1 785.8 CFU/100 cm2 and 2 369.3 CFU/100 cm2 respectively; after acidified water disinfection, the clearance rate of gastrocopy and entercopy was 100% and 99.9% respectively. The contamination of pools, drying station, faucets, water guns and air guns was dramatically different. The mean value of relative light unit (RLU) of ATP above-mentioned five kinds of surface was 139.4, 10.6, 753.8, 229.0, 5.8 respectively, and the clearance rate was 84.8%,90.2%,89.2%,89.9% and 90.3% respectively. Conclusion After acidified water disinfection, the microbial load of gastrocopy and entercopy meet the requirements; the mean highest value of RLU is the faucets, the mean highest microbe removal rate is the air gun, and the lowest is the pools.
