采用微型桩托换技术对既有建筑物地基基础进行加固,减小其沉降,形成新的微型桩组合托换结构。文章基于变形控制的原理,提出了托换加固荷载分配的变形协调和简化计算方法,建立了托换构件强度的计算模型。结果表明:通过将微型桩等效为柱、植筋等效为桩,把桩对新增承台的冲切等效为柱对承台的冲切,揭示其上部新增荷载、既有基础、微型桩和新增承台之间的相互作用机理,同时工程实例的沉降观测数据表明该计算模型是安全、经济、可行的。

A new composite underpinning micro-pile structure,is formed by using the micro-pile underpinning to reduce the differential settlement. Based on the principle of deformation control ,two new load distribution methods of the upper reinforced structure are put forward,the deformation coordination method and the simplified method,and then the computing model is given about the strength of underpinning structure. Research indicates that,taking micro piles as column,the anchorage as pile,the new cap as that of the pile to the cap can reveal the interaction mechanism among the new load,the existing foundation,the micro-pile and the new added cap. Meanwhile,the observation data also shows that the proposed model is safe,economical and reasonable.
