公园绿地作为森林城市生态网络体系构建的主体，是完善城市生态绿地系统体系的基础和前提。公园绿地的服务效率是衡量公园绿地布局科学合理性的主要指标。服务半径的大小决定公园绿地服务效率的高低。文章以 GIS 技术为支撑，采用成本缓冲区分析方法对济南市公园绿地服务半径进行量化计算与分析研究，并提出了相应的公园绿地规划建设方案。结果表明：济南市公园绿地服务半径的三个梯次，0~500 m 区域仅占全部研究区域的28.27%；500~1000 m 的区域占全部研究区域的26.11%；1000~2000 m 的区域面积占全部研究区域的33.33%；服务半径2000 m 以外的区域主要在中心城区的北部、西部。说明公园绿地的服务半径布局不合理，且布局主要集中在中心城区南部地区。

As the main body of urban forest ecological network system construction,park green space is the basis and premise to improve urban ecological green space system. The service efficiency of park green space is the main indicator of scientific and rational park green space layout. The size of the service radius of park green space service determines its service efficiency. GIS technology and cost buffer analysis method are used to calculate and analyze the service radius of Jinan City park green space and propose the corresponding parkland planning and construction program. The results show:in three phases of Jinan city park green space service radius,0 - 500 m area accounts for only 28. 27% of the total study area,500 - 1000 m area accounts for 26. 11% ,1000 - 2000 m area accounts for 33. 33% ,and over 2000 m from the area is in the north and west of downtown,indicating the service radius of the park green space layout is not reasonable,and mainly concentrated in the south of downtown area.
