对于深圳这样一个年轻的移民城市，摸清各类家庭目前享有的社会福利状况及未来需求是政府制订社会福利政策和规划建设社会福利设施的基础。本文通过面访方式，收集了有效样本家庭2264份，全面了解了样本家庭对深圳政府提供的社会福利满意程度及未来需求，重点了解了儿童和老年人这两类重点人群所享有的社会福利状况、满意度和未来需求，提出了逐步把非深户家庭纳入到社会福利体系中、从多方面满足老年化趋势下的居家养老需求、提高少儿医保服务及加大幼儿园和小学供给数量等政策建议。

Shenzhen is known as an immigrant city. Therefore, it is of great necessity to find out the status and future demand of social welfare all households enjoy so the government can formulate its social welfare policy and develop social welfare facilities. Through face-to-face interviews, 2264 samples are collected to survey the interviewees’ satisfaction on social welfare with a focus on the condition of social welfare enjoyed by children and the elderly, especially their satisfaction and future demand. It is held that the social welfare should be extended to non-registered households gradually; attention should also be paid to the demand for home care with the approaching of an ageing society. Besides, policies on improving children's health care service and founding more kindergartens and primary schools are put forward.
