紧盯网络与电磁空间作战能力的发展现状，结合习近平主席提出的总体国家安全观，在分析网络空间、电磁空间概念的基础上，提出了包含战略观、战争观和战斗观的网络与电磁空间总体安全的概念，并从无线互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据和智慧城市五个方面，分析了实现网络与电磁空间总体安全的五条技术路线。
緊盯網絡與電磁空間作戰能力的髮展現狀，結閤習近平主席提齣的總體國傢安全觀，在分析網絡空間、電磁空間概唸的基礎上，提齣瞭包含戰略觀、戰爭觀和戰鬥觀的網絡與電磁空間總體安全的概唸，併從無線互聯網、物聯網、雲計算、大數據和智慧城市五箇方麵，分析瞭實現網絡與電磁空間總體安全的五條技術路線。
긴정망락여전자공간작전능력적발전현상，결합습근평주석제출적총체국가안전관，재분석망락공간、전자공간개념적기출상，제출료포함전략관、전쟁관화전두관적망락여전자공간총체안전적개념，병종무선호련망、물련망、운계산、대수거화지혜성시오개방면，분석료실현망락여전자공간총체안전적오조기술로선。
Close attention is caught on to the present situation of network electromagnetic space war power development,combine with the overall national security concept put forward by Chi-nese President Xi,on the basis of analytical concept of cyberspace and electromagnetism space, and the concept of the overall safety is proposed in the network electromagnetism space including strategic view,war view and combat view. From the wireless Internet, internet of things, cloud computing,big data and smart city,the technique route is analyzed for carrying out the overall safety in the network electromagnetism space.
