This paper analyzes a typical judicial identiifcation cases on elevator safety and quality;ifnds out the speciifc items of ifeld evaluation elevator that is inconformity with the safety technical code;points out the contents which is in violation of the security requirements of safety technical code in manufacture, install, inspection, ifxing and maintain process. And the responsibility of subject toliability of relevant part is implemented.
