目的：构建航空医学训练护理工作模式，提升医学训练效果。方法采取强化理念、优化流程、细化环节、跟进服务等手段，将优质护理工作贯穿整个航空医学训练过程。结果与常规护理工作模式相比较，优质护理工作模式下的飞行人员医学训练出勤率、生理和心理训练效果、疗养员整体满意度等方面均有显著提高。结论优质护理模式能增强护理工作主动性和创造性，提高护理工作质量，更加适应航空医学训练要求。
목적：구건항공의학훈련호리공작모식，제승의학훈련효과。방법채취강화이념、우화류정、세화배절、근진복무등수단，장우질호리공작관천정개항공의학훈련과정。결과여상규호리공작모식상비교，우질호리공작모식하적비행인원의학훈련출근솔、생리화심리훈련효과、요양원정체만의도등방면균유현저제고。결론우질호리모식능증강호리공작주동성화창조성，제고호리공작질량，경가괄응항공의학훈련요구。
Objective To establish nursing service mode for aeromedical training and increase the training effect .Methods High quality nursing service was provided in the whole aeromedical training process by strengthe -ning nursing concept , optimizing processes , refining the care , keeping follow-up services and other means .Re-sults Compared with routine nursing service mode , the application of nursing service mode for the aeromedical training has significantly improved the flight crews'training attendance , physiological and psychological training effect, and satisfaction.Conclusion The nursing service mode for the aeromedical training can strengthen the ini-tiative and creativity of nursing work , and enhance the quality of nursing , which is more adaptive to aeromedical training requirements .
