本研究通过对维和护理活动的特点、规律、方法分析，界定维和护理勤务的概念，明确维和护理基本任务与要求。在此基础上探析维和护理勤务四级指挥体系结构；依据联合国维和医务“标准作业程序”，应用归因分析法，构建维和护理勤务保障体系。

Based on the analysis of characteristics , rules and method of peacekeeping nursing activities , the concept of peacekeeping nursing service was defined , the basic tasks and requirements of peacekeeping nursing were cleared .And then four-level command structure of peacekeeping nursing service was proposed .According to the UN peacekeeping medical standard operating procedures , nursing service security system was established with attribution analysis .
