经室内筛选,得到一果蝇引诱物,并对其进行田间引诱效果试验。结果发现,在杨梅逐渐成熟至干枯过程中,杨梅甜度先增加后减少,反光率越来越低,果蝇引诱物的引诱效果则呈现先升高后降低再升高的趋势。
經室內篩選,得到一果蠅引誘物,併對其進行田間引誘效果試驗。結果髮現,在楊梅逐漸成熟至榦枯過程中,楊梅甜度先增加後減少,反光率越來越低,果蠅引誘物的引誘效果則呈現先升高後降低再升高的趨勢。
경실내사선,득도일과승인유물,병대기진행전간인유효과시험。결과발현,재양매축점성숙지간고과정중,양매첨도선증가후감소,반광솔월래월저,과승인유물적인유효과칙정현선승고후강저재승고적추세。
A high efficiency attractant of Drosophila melanogaster was acquired through indoor experi-ment, and its field effect test was conducted .The results showed that during the process of ripening and drying of bayberry , the sweetness firstly increased and then decreased , the reflection rate was lower and lower , and the attractive effect of the attractant showed the trend that rose at first , then declined and rose in the end .
