采用纸碟片法筛选到4株对烟草青枯病菌( Ralstonia solanacearum)有抑菌作用的生防菌C2c、C1a、Tsb和Ch1b,抑菌圈直径分别为51.50、25.95、24.40 mm和20.05 mm。通过16S rDNA序列分析,C2c、C1a和Tsb为多粘类芽孢杆菌( Paenibacillus polymyxa),Ch1b为成团泛菌( Pantoea agglomerans)。这4株生防菌对烟草赤星病菌( Alternaria alternate)、烟草根黑腐病菌( Thielaviopsis basicola)、棉花枯萎病菌( Fusarium ox-ysporum)、苹果霉心病菌( Trichothecium roseum)等病原真菌也有较好的抑制作用。

Four antagonistic bacterial strains showing significant inhibitory activity to tobacco Ralstonia solanacearum were obtained by agar cup -plate method .The four antagonistic bacterial strains were designated as C2c, C1a, Tsb and Ch1b, and they produced inhibition zones with diameter of 51.50, 25.95, 24.40 mm and 20.05 mm respectively.C2c, C1a and Tsb were identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa through the analysis of 16S rDNA sequence, and Ch1b was Pantoea agglomerans.Moreover, the four strains also showed better in-hibitory activity to pathogenic fungi including Alternaria alternate, Thielaviopsis basicola, Fusarium oxysporum and Trichothecium roseum.
