从济南小清河水样中共获得不同菌落特征的细菌微生物13种,利用分子生物学方法对培养得到的菌株进行分子鉴定及系统发育分析,结果表明:13株微生物分属于8个属,分别为肠杆菌属( Enterobacter)、气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella)、微杆菌属(Microbacterium)、希瓦氏菌属(Shewanella)、金黄杆菌属(Chryseobacterium)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、枸橼酸杆菌属(Citrobacter)和寡养单胞菌属(Stenotroph-omonas)。研究了地衣芽孢杆菌QH11和嗜麦芽寡养(窄食)单胞菌QH13对水体化学需氧量( CODCr )和氨氮(NH3-N)的去除作用,结果表明,处理5天后,QH11对 CODCr和NH3-N的去除率分别为70.6%和84.8%, QH13的去除率分别为58.5%和52.3%。

종제남소청하수양중공획득불동균락특정적세균미생물13충,이용분자생물학방법대배양득도적균주진행분자감정급계통발육분석,결과표명:13주미생물분속우8개속,분별위장간균속( Enterobacter)、기단포균속(Aeromonas)、극뢰백씨균속(Klebsiella)、미간균속(Microbacterium)、희와씨균속(Shewanella)、금황간균속(Chryseobacterium)、아포간균속(Bacillus)、구연산간균속(Citrobacter)화과양단포균속(Stenotroph-omonas)。연구료지의아포간균QH11화기맥아과양(착식)단포균QH13대수체화학수양량( CODCr )화안담(NH3-N)적거제작용,결과표명,처리5천후,QH11대 CODCr화NH3-N적거제솔분별위70.6%화84.8%, QH13적거제솔분별위58.5%화52.3%。
Total 13 kinds of bacteria were isolated from Xiaoqing River and made genetic identification and phylogenetic analysis by molecular biology method .The 13 strains of bacteria belonged to eight genera , which were Enterobacter, Aeromonas, Klebsiella, Microbacterium, Shewanella, Chryseobacterium, Bacillus, Citrobacter and Stenotrophomonas.The removal effects of Bacillus licheniformis QH11 and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia QH13 on chemical oxygen demand ( CODCr ) and NH3 -N were measured.After treating for 5 days, the CODCr and NH3 -N removal rates of Bacillus licheniformis QH11 were 70.6% and 84.8%, and those of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia QH13 were 58 .5%and 52 .3%respectively .
