采用HPLC法同时测定不同产区忍冬叶中8种有效成分(6种绿原酸类和2种黄酮类)的含量,并进行显著性分析;采用GTMS 3.0系统软件分析忍冬叶有效成分的含量与气候因子间的灰色关联度。结果表明:不同产区忍冬叶有效成分含量差异显著,山东产区忍冬叶质量最佳,其次为河北、河南;日照时数、降雨量、相对湿度是影响忍冬叶有效成分含量的主导气候因子。

채용HPLC법동시측정불동산구인동협중8충유효성분(6충록원산류화2충황동류)적함량,병진행현저성분석;채용GTMS 3.0계통연건분석인동협유효성분적함량여기후인자간적회색관련도。결과표명:불동산구인동협유효성분함량차이현저,산동산구인동협질량최가,기차위하북、하남;일조시수、강우량、상대습도시영향인동협유효성분함량적주도기후인자。
The contents of 8 kinds of active ingredients ( 6 kinds of chlorogenic acids and 2 kinds of fla-vonoids ) in the leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb .from different regions were simultaneously determinated by HPLC method and made significance analysis using SPSS software .Then the grey correlation degrees between the contents of active ingredients and climate factors were analyzed by GTMS 3 .0 system software .The results showed that the active ingredient contents in the leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb .from different regions were significantly different .The quality of Lonicera japonica Thunb .from Shandong was the best , followed by Hebei and Henan .The sunshine duration , rainfall and relative humidity were the main climate factors affecting the active ingredient contents in leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb..
