This paper designs a kind of crane operation management system by the master PC, wireless radio frequency module and card reader module and other parts based on the Internet of things technology.The system realize the function of man-machine mutual recognition and work records management. Detailed introduces the system hardware structure design principle and realization method of operation management system software design are given. Actual debugging shows that the system can realize the operation personnel identity recognition and crane operation records management, and other functions, and has the characteristic of data transmission effective distance, strong mobility, simple installation and good expansibility, etc.
