The article studied cryogenic insulated cylinder and mainly introduced a set of vacuum pumping technology which is suitable for the periodic inspection of cryogenic insulated cylinder.The effects of vacuum pumping have been studied by the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research method. It can provide reference for other periodic inspection institutions of cryogenic insulated cylinder.
