为预防电站锅炉裂纹或爆裂,需要建立电站锅炉生命期致裂因素集并了解其致裂机制。搜集了大量出自不同电站锅炉裂纹实例并对其成因进行了分类分析,以寻求电站锅炉的致裂因素、致裂机制及其与锅炉生命期阶段的关联性。对192例电站锅炉裂纹致裂因素分析发现,51%的锅炉裂纹与制造阶段相关,47%与安装使用阶段有关。

In order to prevent the cracks of power boiler, it is necessary to ifnd the reasons of crack and utilize the set of fracturing factor in the life period of power boiler. For this reasons, a lot of examples of cracks from different power boilers are collected and classiifed, the relation of the fracturing factors and fracturing mechanism with stages in the life period of boilers are found in the article. By means of counting and analyzing the fracturing factors on 192 power boilers, it is discovered that 51%of cracks are related in manufacturing stage of power boiler, 47%with installation and use stage.
