本文阐述了减应力槽结构的优点,通过对未开槽管外伸角焊缝、管头平齐焊缝与开槽管头内缩焊缝的管板进行焊接残余应力测试,得出:开槽管头内缩焊缝管板的焊接残余应力明显小于未开槽管板的焊接残余应力,减应力槽使得管板的焊接残余应力值大为减小。说明减应力槽技术是解决油浆蒸汽发生器管板开裂的重要手段之一。
本文闡述瞭減應力槽結構的優點,通過對未開槽管外伸角銲縫、管頭平齊銲縫與開槽管頭內縮銲縫的管闆進行銲接殘餘應力測試,得齣:開槽管頭內縮銲縫管闆的銲接殘餘應力明顯小于未開槽管闆的銲接殘餘應力,減應力槽使得管闆的銲接殘餘應力值大為減小。說明減應力槽技術是解決油漿蒸汽髮生器管闆開裂的重要手段之一。

This paper described the advantages of relieving welding residual stress grooves. Through the welding residual stress test of fillet weld, flat weld and internal flat welding which has relieving welding residual stress grooves has been done, the result indicated that the stress of the seam with relieving stress grooves was less than that without grooves. Relieving stress grooves make welding residual stress of tube-sheet’s value greatly decreased. Relieving stress grooves were one of important method of solving tube plate cracking in slurry oil steam generator.
