目的：探讨人类表皮生长因子受体2（HER2）和β-联蛋白（β-catenin）在食管癌中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测食管癌组织、远癌组织中 H ER2和β-catenin的蛋白表达。结果 H ER2在食管癌组织中未见强阳性表达，β-catenin在食管癌组织中呈异常表达，二者在食管癌中的表达无明显相关关系。结论HER2在食管癌组织中有表达，但其表达强度未达到赫赛汀靶向治疗的标准；β-catenin在食管癌中有异常表达，提示其有可能在食管癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用，并可能成为判断食管转移及预后的指标之一，两者在食管中表达无明显相关性。
목적：탐토인류표피생장인자수체2（HER2）화β-련단백（β-catenin）재식관암중적표체급의의。방법용면역조직화학방법검측식관암조직、원암조직중 H ER2화β-catenin적단백표체。결과 H ER2재식관암조직중미견강양성표체，β-catenin재식관암조직중정이상표체，이자재식관암중적표체무명현상관관계。결론HER2재식관암조직중유표체，단기표체강도미체도혁새정파향치료적표준；β-catenin재식관암중유이상표체，제시기유가능재식관암적발생발전중발휘중요작용，병가능성위판단식관전이급예후적지표지일，량자재식관중표체무명현상관성。
Objective To detect the protein expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER2) andβ-catenin in esophageal carcinoma and to analyze the role of their abnormal expression .Methods Expression of HER2 andβ-catenin was detected by immunohistochemical techniques in esophageal carcinoma and far carcinoma .Results The strong positive expression of HER2 has not been observed in esophageal carcinoma ;the abnormal expression of β-catenin has been observed in esophageal carcinoma .The expression of HER2 andβ-catenin in esophageal carcinoma had no relationship .Conclusion We can observe the expression of HER2 in e-sophageal carcinoma ,but the expression has not achieve the standard of targeted therapy of Herceptin .β-catenin was aberrant expressed in patients with esophageal carcinoma ,which suggested that β-catenin may play an impor-tant role in oncogenesis in esophageal carcinoma .It could be an index for metastasis prognosis of patients with e-sophageal carcinoma .The expression of HER2 andβ-catenin in esophageal carcinoma was not related to each oth-er .
