目的:探讨行动导向教学法在医学生护理技能课中的应用效果。方法:将我校临床医学专业8个班共240名医学生随机分成传统教学组和行动导向教学组各4个班120名。传统教学组采用教师示教-学生练习-教师指导的方法,行动导向组教学组采用行为引导-多媒体示教-学生分组练习-师生共同评价的方法。结果:行动导向组与传统教学组比较,随堂考核及临床实习24周考核成绩得分均高于传统教学组(P<0.05、P<0.01),学生对授课方式满意度高,学生学习积极性、操作技能及综合实践能力均显著提高。结论:行动导向教学方法在医学生护理技能课中应用,取得了较好效果,提高了医学生对护理技能课学习的兴趣,有助于其综合实践能力的提高。

Objective:To explore the effect of application of the behavior-oriented teaching method in nursing skills courses for clinical medical students. Methods:240 clinical medical students of 8 classes were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the be-havior-oriented teaching group(120 students in each group). The traditional teaching method of teaching-studentˊs practice-teacher’s guidance was used in the traditional teaching group;the behavior-oriented teaching method of behavioral guidance-multimedia teaching-practice in groups -assessment by both teachers and students was adopted in the behavior -oriented teaching group. Results:The studentsˊscores of classroom assessment and 24-week clinical practice examination were higher in the behavior-oriented teaching group than the traditional teaching group(P<0. 05,P<0. 01);the operation skills and comprehensive practical ability of the students were sig-nificantly improved. Conclusion:Application of the behavior - oriented teaching method in nursing skills courses for clinical medical students has achieved good results and it can increase the student’s learning interest and improve their comprehensive practical ability.
