针对大规模风电场群接入电网的现状,研究了一种风电接入地区的风电场群电压无功协调控制策略,通过控制各风场无功功率的输出,维持控制点电压稳定。首先计算控制点电压所需的无功调整量,然后采用无功功率电源的最优分布准则将无功调整量分配到每个风场中,充分利用了每个风场无功补偿设备的无功调节能力,使每个风场都参与到了接入区域的电压稳定控制中。模拟了风速、电压跌落两种扰动,结果表明采用文中的控制策略能够有效抑制控制点的电压波动。

This paper studied a reactive power control strategy in the wind power integrated region to stabilize voltage by controlling the reactive output of each wind farm .Firstly,the reactive adjustment quantity of the voltage control point was calculated and then the reactive adjustment quantities were distributed to each wind farm according to the optimal distribution rules of the reactive power source.This strategy made full use of the reactive regulating capability of the reactive compensation equipment in each wind farm so that all wind farms could be involved in the voltage sta-bility control in the grid-connected region.Wind speed variation and voltage drop were simulated and the simulation results showed that the voltage variation could be effectively inhibited by this strategy.
