目的:探讨提升护理专业教师人文素养与护生人文关怀品质培养的相关性,为培养和提高护生人文关怀能力提供参考。方法:采用“教师人文素养评估问卷”和“护生人文关怀品质问卷”分别对36名教师和102名护生进行问卷调查,并进行t检验,组间采用Rearson相关分析。结果:教师人文素养得到提升后,护生人文关怀能力相应得到提高;两者之间存在正相关,相关系数r=0.612、P=0.000。结论:护理教师人文素养对护生人文关怀品质的培养具有重要影响,高等护理教育专业应重视护理教师人文素养的提升,为培养护生人文关怀品质创造良好的软环境。

Objective:To study the correlation between the improvement of humanistic literacy of college teachers and the cultivation of humanistic care quality of nursing students in order to provide references for improving the humanistic caring ability of nursing students. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 36 teachers and 102 nursing students respectively by using "Teacherˊs Hu-manity Literacy Assessment Questionnaire"and"Nursing Studentˊs Humanity Care Quality Questionnaire",T-test and Rearson correlation analysis were made. Results:The humanistic caring ability of nursing students was subsequently enhanced with the improvement of human-istic literacy of teachers and there was positive correlation between them,the correlation coefficient was r=0. 612,P=0. 000. Conclusion:The humanistic literacy of college teachers has the great influence on the cultivation of humanistic care quality in nursing students;therefore the upgrading of teacherˊs humanistic literacy should be paid attention to in higher nursing education.
