讨论超高速碰撞数值模拟方法,用 ANSYS /AUTODYN 程序的 SPH 方法对球形弹丸超高速撞击时弹丸破碎、碎片云形成过程进行数值模拟并与实验结果比较,验证计算方法及模型参数的正确性。在此基础上研究钨合金、轧制均质装甲(Rolled Homogeneous Armor,RHA)两种材料球形弹丸破碎的临界速度随比值(ts /dp,ts为靶板厚,dp为弹丸直径)的变化规律,给出两种材料超高速碰撞时应变率及平均碎片尺寸随撞击速度的变化曲线以及碎片质量分布规律。
討論超高速踫撞數值模擬方法,用 ANSYS /AUTODYN 程序的 SPH 方法對毬形彈汍超高速撞擊時彈汍破碎、碎片雲形成過程進行數值模擬併與實驗結果比較,驗證計算方法及模型參數的正確性。在此基礎上研究鎢閤金、軋製均質裝甲(Rolled Homogeneous Armor,RHA)兩種材料毬形彈汍破碎的臨界速度隨比值(ts /dp,ts為靶闆厚,dp為彈汍直徑)的變化規律,給齣兩種材料超高速踫撞時應變率及平均碎片呎吋隨撞擊速度的變化麯線以及碎片質量分佈規律。

The numerical simulation method for the process of hypervelocity impact was discussed.The damage mechanism and the process of debris cloud forming were studied with the SPH method in ANSYS /AUTODYN code when spherical projectiles at hypervelocity impact a thin shield.The hypervelocity impact of projectiles made of tungsten alloy and RHA(Rolled Homogeneous Armor)material with the given constitutive models was numerically simulated and the results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The fragmentation-initiation threshold velocity of the projectile,the average fragment size and the distribution of fragment size,together with their variation with the change of impacting velocity were investigated.
