选择13个区域的淡竹叶片为试材，分别在0、-5、-10、-15、-20、-25℃下进行低温胁迫处理，测定其电导率和脯氨酸含量的变化，电导率结合Logistic方程计算出淡竹的半致死温度。通过脯氨酸含量分析和半致死温度的计算，综合分析不同区域淡竹抗寒性的生理生化指标，推测其抗寒性强弱：来源于烟台林科院、烟台昆嵛山、潍坊的淡竹抗寒性较强，来源于日照、沂源、东营、济南、临沂、胶南、泰安的淡竹抗寒性中等，来自浙江、江西、江苏的淡竹抗寒性最弱。
選擇13箇區域的淡竹葉片為試材，分彆在0、-5、-10、-15、-20、-25℃下進行低溫脅迫處理，測定其電導率和脯氨痠含量的變化，電導率結閤Logistic方程計算齣淡竹的半緻死溫度。通過脯氨痠含量分析和半緻死溫度的計算，綜閤分析不同區域淡竹抗寒性的生理生化指標，推測其抗寒性彊弱：來源于煙檯林科院、煙檯昆崳山、濰坊的淡竹抗寒性較彊，來源于日照、沂源、東營、濟南、臨沂、膠南、泰安的淡竹抗寒性中等，來自浙江、江西、江囌的淡竹抗寒性最弱。
선택13개구역적담죽협편위시재，분별재0、-5、-10、-15、-20、-25℃하진행저온협박처리，측정기전도솔화포안산함량적변화，전도솔결합Logistic방정계산출담죽적반치사온도。통과포안산함량분석화반치사온도적계산，종합분석불동구역담죽항한성적생리생화지표，추측기항한성강약：래원우연태림과원、연태곤유산、유방적담죽항한성교강，래원우일조、기원、동영、제남、림기、효남、태안적담죽항한성중등，래자절강、강서、강소적담죽항한성최약。
With Phyllostachys glauca leaves from 13 regions as materials, the relative conductivity and proline content were measured after treated at 0, -5, -10, -15, -20, -25℃.The semi-lethal temper-ature of Phyllostachys glauca leaves was calculated with the relative conductivity by the Logistic equation . Through the analysis of proline content and semi -lethal temperature , the physiological and biochemical indi-cators related to cold resistance were analyzed comprehensively to speculate the cold resistance of Phyllostachys glauca from different regions .The cold resistance of Phyllostachys glauca from Yantai Academy of Forestry , Yantai Kunyu Mountain and Weifang were stronger , that from Rizhao, Yiyuan, Dongying, Jinan, Linyi, Jiao-nan and Taian were medium , and that from Zhejiang , Jiangxi and Jiangsu were the weakest .
