以潍麦8号( WM8,丰产型)和山农16( SN16,抗旱型)两个小麦品种为材料,研究干旱、高温单一胁迫以及干旱高温共胁迫条件下不同类型小麦品种的生理响应差异,分析小麦抗逆的生理机制。结果显示:与SN16相比,胁迫条件下,WM8的叶绿素含量低,光合能力弱,合成的渗透调节物质少,渗透调节能力弱。胁迫条件下,SN16叶片的质膜H+-ATPase酶活性高,膜脂过氧化程度低,抗氧化酶活性高,抗氧化能力强;内源激素ABA水平高,有助于其在逆境胁迫下迅速做出应激反应,保持正常的代谢活动。
以濰麥8號( WM8,豐產型)和山農16( SN16,抗旱型)兩箇小麥品種為材料,研究榦旱、高溫單一脅迫以及榦旱高溫共脅迫條件下不同類型小麥品種的生理響應差異,分析小麥抗逆的生理機製。結果顯示:與SN16相比,脅迫條件下,WM8的葉綠素含量低,光閤能力弱,閤成的滲透調節物質少,滲透調節能力弱。脅迫條件下,SN16葉片的質膜H+-ATPase酶活性高,膜脂過氧化程度低,抗氧化酶活性高,抗氧化能力彊;內源激素ABA水平高,有助于其在逆境脅迫下迅速做齣應激反應,保持正常的代謝活動。

Two cultivars, Weimai 8 as the high-yielding type and Shannong 16 as the drought-resist-ant type, were used to study the differences in physiological and biochemical response to single and co -stress of drought and heat. The results showed that compared with Shannong 16, Weimai 8 exhibited lower chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate and worse osmotic adjustment ability, which was consistent with its lower os-molyte content under stress conditions. Under the stress conditions, Shannong 16 exhibited higher H +-ATPase activity, lower lipid peroxidation level and higher activity of antioxidant enzymes, so it showed stronger antioxi-dant ability. At the same time, higher level of ABA content in Shannong 16 was helpful for faster response to stress and keeping better metabolic activity under stress conditions.
