利用60 Co γ射线对菏豆12进行辐照处理,于M4、M5连续两代进行田间观察和室内鉴定,对其株高、结荚高度、茎粗、有效分枝、主茎节数、单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重、单株粒重等主要农艺性状进行简单相关性分析,探讨诱变后代的遗传变异机制,并从诱变后代中筛选与产量有关的变异。结果表明,诱变后代大量植株的叶形、花色、脐色、生育期、茸毛颜色等表型性状发生了不同程度的分离与变异;对菏豆12及其诱变后代群体的主要产量相关性状进行分析,筛选出与单株产量相关性较大的变异,同时通过遗传距离分析确定了变异的遗传稳定性,为诱变后代的选择提供了理论指导。

이용60 Co γ사선대하두12진행복조처리,우M4、M5련속량대진행전간관찰화실내감정,대기주고、결협고도、경조、유효분지、주경절수、단주협수、단주립수、백립중、단주립중등주요농예성상진행간단상관성분석,탐토유변후대적유전변이궤제,병종유변후대중사선여산량유관적변이。결과표명,유변후대대량식주적협형、화색、제색、생육기、용모안색등표형성상발생료불동정도적분리여변이;대하두12급기유변후대군체적주요산량상관성상진행분석,사선출여단주산량상관성교대적변이,동시통과유전거리분석학정료변이적유전은정성,위유변후대적선택제공료이론지도。
The soybean variety Hedou 12 was irradiated with 60 Co γ-ray and the field observation and indoor identification of M 4 and M5 progenies were conducted .The main agronomic characters such as plant height, pot-setting height, stem diameter, effective branch, node number of main stem, pods per plant, grain number per plant , 100-grain weight and grain weight per plant were made simple correlation analysis to discuss the genetic variation mechanism of mutagenesis progenies and screen yield -related variations .The re-sults showed that most leaf shape , flower color , hilum color , growth period and pubescence color of mutagene-sis progenies had different degrees of separation and variation .The main yield-related traits of Hedou 12 and its mutagenesis progenies were analyzed , and the variation which had large correlation with yield per plant was screened out .At the same time, the genetic stability of variation was determined by genetic distance analysis , which provided theoretical guidance for selection of mutagenesis progenies .
