城市是社会生产力发展到一定阶段的产物,它一方面促进了城市社会、经济的发展,提高了人们的生活水平,而另一方面,由于城市人口、建筑、工业的过分集中,又带来诸如环境污染、生态恶化、交通拥堵、住宅短缺、城市失业率升高等很多问题。在工业化进程中重新审视适应我国国情的城市化的概念及城市化与资源环境的关系显得尤为必要。从传统的人口转移型的城市化向高级形态的城市化—结构转换型的城市化显得尤为必要。城市化的测度必须根据新型城市化的内涵加以完善。在城市化与资源环境关系中,分析了耦合度和协调度的数学表达式,并总结了目前研究两者关系的常见方法。在目前研究中,资源环境系统界定不清楚,对科技创新与城市化的互馈机制及及效应研究薄弱,对人文因素和企业微观主体的驱动作用研究不够。文章最后指出城市化过程中生态环境健康分析不能停留在较短的时间尺度上,从时间尺度和空间尺度对城市化与生态环境系统的响应进行仿真模拟显得尤为必要。必须加强从城市化与资源环境效应之中,研究适应我国国情的新型城市化路径。

The city is the development of social productive forces to a certain stage, which on the one hand to promote the city's social and economic development, improving the people's living standards, and on the other hand, due to the excessive concentra-tion of urban population, buildings, industry, and bring such envi-ronmental pollution, ecological degradation, traffic congestion, housing shortages, urban unemployment rises and many other problems. In the process of industrialization of our country to re-examine the relationship adapt the concept of urbanization and urbanization and resource environment is particularly necessary. The population shift from the traditional model of urbanization to the advanced form of urbanization-Structural Transition urbaniza-tion is particularly necessary. Measure of urbanization must be improved in accordance with the new urbanization connotations. In the relationship between urbanization and environmental resources, the analysis of the mathematical expression of the degree of cou-pling and coordination, and summed up the relationship between the common methods of the present study. In the current study, the clear definition of resources and environmental systems, research on technological innovation and urbanization and crossfeed mechanisms and effects of the weak, the role of human factors and business drivers microscopic study of the subject is not enough. Finally, the article pointed out that the process of urbanization ecological analysis can not stay healthy on a shorter time scale, from the time scale and spatial scales in response to urbanization and ecological environment system's simulation is particularly necessary. The need to strengthen the new urbanization path from environmental effects of urbanization and resource among adapt to China's national conditions studied.
