本研究从景观特征、人口特征、土地利用状况和土地权属关系四方面选取指标，利用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法对城乡交错带地域进行识别，并以沈阳市为例进行了实证研究。在此基础上，借助Arcgis的空间分析功能，从城乡交错带空间格局、用地构成和用地结构三方面对沈阳市城乡交错带的土地利用变化特征进行了研究，分析演变规律。该研究对促进城市经济发展、规范城乡交错带土地管理与开发、实现土地可持续利用都具有重要意义。

This study selects indicators from the landscape charac-teristics, demographic characteristics and the status of land use and and ownership, distinguishes urban -rural ecotone by the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis, and takes Shenyang as a case study. On this basis, This study researches the characteristics of land use change from The spatial pattern of urban-rural ecotone, land use structure by the function of spatial analysis of Arcgis, and analyzes the evolution rule. This study has the vital significance with the city economic development, land management and development and achieving the sustainable utilization of land resources.
