科学的诊断企业生命周期是企业战略选择的基础，在构建企业综合实力评价体系基础上，运用模糊综合评价方法对企业综合实力进行分析，并绘制企业生命周期图。同时，根据企业所处生命周期阶段进行战略环境分析进而制定出企业经营战略。应用实例，说明本方法具有很强的可行性和实用性。

A proper enterprise strength evaluation method is the foundation of strategic choice. Based on the constitution of the enterprise comprehensive evaluation, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to analyze the business indicators, and the enterprise life cycle was drawn down. In the light of the enterprise life cycle with its strategic environment analysis, the business operation strategy was worked out. Through samples as concerned, this method is shown to be of much workability and feasibility.
