对轮毂进行了三维建模,依据动态弯曲疲劳试验的国家标准,通过NX NASTRAN软件模拟了轮毂旋转过程中的应力变化情况,找出了轮毂旋转过程中应力最大的位置,并以此位置的载荷和约束情况为基础进行疲劳分析模拟,观察疲劳分析结果,发现轮辐辐板拐角处最容易发生疲劳破坏,为改进设计提供了依据。
對輪轂進行瞭三維建模,依據動態彎麯疲勞試驗的國傢標準,通過NX NASTRAN軟件模擬瞭輪轂鏇轉過程中的應力變化情況,找齣瞭輪轂鏇轉過程中應力最大的位置,併以此位置的載荷和約束情況為基礎進行疲勞分析模擬,觀察疲勞分析結果,髮現輪輻輻闆枴角處最容易髮生疲勞破壞,為改進設計提供瞭依據。

3D model of automobile wheel was built. And according to the national standards about dynamic fatigue test, the process of wheel’s rotation inclusive of its stress change was simulated by NX NASTRAN. The place of the largest stress of wheel in the process of rotation was located. The loads and constraints were also brought into simulation of fatigue bending test. After the result was observed and analyzed, it is found that the corner of the wheel’s arm may be easy to have fatigue failure. These results provide the basis for design improvement.
