介紹瞭鋁閤金錶麵激光鎔覆工藝的研究,其中包括鋁閤金的鎔覆方法、鎔覆材料、工藝參數對鋁閤金鎔覆層的影響、鋁閤金錶麵激光鎔覆彊化層的微觀組織和性能,提齣瞭鋁閤金錶麵激光鎔覆層存在的問題及改進方法,併概括瞭激光鎔覆技術在鋁閤金上的應用現狀及未來的髮展趨嚮。

The research progress of laser cladding technology was introduced. The research of laser cladding on the surface of Al alloys including laser cladding methods and materials, laser cladding parameters, the microstructure and mechanical properties of laser cladding layers were all summarized. Finally, several problems on the laser cladding, the surface of Al alloys and the improvement methods were proposed. The present situation in laser cladding Al alloys and its developing trend are also generalized in all respects.
