目的：探讨自行研制的骨科钢丝环绕引导器在管状骨骨折中的应用效果。方法采用自行研制的骨科钢丝环绕引导器辅助治疗208例四肢管状骨折患者。结果在骨科钢丝环绕器的引导下,208例患者术中穿引钢丝均一次性成功。208例均获随访,时间7~24个月。临床疗效评价：优101例,满意89例,不满意18例,优良率为91．3%。结论四肢管状骨骨折中应用骨科钢丝环绕引导器环绕钢丝成功率高,具有手术操作简便、骨膜剥离少、创伤小、安全性强等优点。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of homemade wire cerclage guide surround by treatment of tubu-lar bone fractures. Methods It was developed by using the orthopaedic wire surrounding the boot device auxiliary in the treatment of 208 patients with tubular fractures of limbs. Results Under the guidance of orthopaedics steel wire around the device, 208 cases of patients who weared lead wire were one-time success. 208 cases were followed up for 7~24 months. Clinical curative effect evaluation:101 cases were in excellent, satisfied in 89, unsatisfied in 18. The excellent and good rate was 91. 3%. Conclusions Limbs application in orthopaedics steel tubular bone fractures with the boot device around the steel wire has high success rate, with the features of easy operation, less the perioste-um stripping, small trauma, strong security, etc.
