目的：探讨双微型钢板垂直固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法采用垂直双微型钢板垂直固定治疗19例锁骨远端CraigⅡ类骨折患者。采用ASES评分评价术后肩关节功能。结果19例患者均获得随访,时间10~15个月。末次随访时X线片示锁骨均获得解剖复位并骨性愈合,ASES评分为86~94(92±6)分,与健侧肩关节的功能评分接近。结论采用垂直双钢板治疗锁骨远端CraigⅡ类Ⅱ、Ⅴ型骨折,可以在直视下实现解剖复位,提高了粉碎性锁骨远端固定效果,术后并发症少,有利于肢体功能早期恢复。
목적：탐토쌍미형강판수직고정치료쇄골원단골절적료효。방법채용수직쌍미형강판수직고정치료19례쇄골원단CraigⅡ류골절환자。채용ASES평분평개술후견관절공능。결과19례환자균획득수방,시간10~15개월。말차수방시X선편시쇄골균획득해부복위병골성유합,ASES평분위86~94(92±6)분,여건측견관절적공능평분접근。결론채용수직쌍강판치료쇄골원단CraigⅡ류Ⅱ、Ⅴ형골절,가이재직시하실현해부복위,제고료분쇄성쇄골원단고정효과,술후병발증소,유리우지체공능조기회복。
Objective To explore clinical and radiographic outcomes of distal clavicle fractures fixed with perpendic-ular double mini-plates. Methods 19 patients with fractures of the distal clavicle of CraigⅡwere treated by using perpendicular double mini-plates. Functional recovery of the shoulder joint was assessed using ASES rating scale score. Results All the patients were followed up for 10~15 months. All the fractures got solid bony union eventual-ly. The ASES scores were 86~94 (92 ± 6) on the injured side close to the contralateral side. Conclusions Perpen-dicular double mini-plates in the treatment of distal clavicle fractures is conducive to achieve anatomic reduction, pro-vide a stable fixation even in comminuted distal fragments. This technique increases the range of motion of shoulder and reduces of complications.
