目的：探讨后路减压植骨内固定治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法对20例复发性腰椎间盘突出症患者行经后路椎板切除减压、椎弓根钉固定、自体骨及人工骨后外侧植骨融合手术。结果患者均获随访，时间1~3年。术后1年时X线片复查植骨均牢固融合，无内固定松动、脱落、断裂等，术前原有腰腿疼痛消失。结论后路减压植骨内固定治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症，减压彻底，效果确切，内固定后植骨愈合良好，可作为复发性腰椎间盘突出症的常用手术方式。
목적：탐토후로감압식골내고정치료복발성요추간반돌출증료효。방법대20례복발성요추간반돌출증환자행경후로추판절제감압、추궁근정고정、자체골급인공골후외측식골융합수술。결과환자균획수방，시간1~3년。술후1년시X선편복사식골균뢰고융합，무내고정송동、탈락、단렬등，술전원유요퇴동통소실。결론후로감압식골내고정치료복발성요추간반돌출증，감압철저，효과학절，내고정후식골유합량호，가작위복발성요추간반돌출증적상용수술방식。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of posterior decompression and internal fixation for the treatment of recurrent lumbar disc herniation. Methods 20 cases of recurrent lumbar disc herniation were treated by posterior decompression, pedicle screw fixation, posterolateral graft fusion with autogenous and artificial bone. Results All patients were followed up for 1 ~3 years. After 1 year, patients were reviewed with X-ray films. Grafts were solid without internal fixation loosening, shedding, breakage and so on. Preoperative original leg pain was disappeared. Conclusions Posterior decompression bone graft and internal fixation of recurrent lumbar disc herniation is a simple method with advantage of complete decompression. The efficacy is obvious. With internal fixation, bone grafting is healed well. It is a common surgical approach to treat recurrent lumbar disc herniation.
