为了解决某光电检测设备在电磁兼容试验中对电源线尖峰信号传导敏感度(CS106)测试项敏感问题,对该设备进行了工作原理分析、故障树分析和试验验证。结果证明该设备的线性电源与电源滤波器的匹配性能不足是导致其对CS106项敏感的主要原因。并通过在电源滤波器、线性电源前分别增加一对差模电容和一对差模电感的解决措施,提高了该设备对CS106的抗干扰能力,消除了该问题。该问题的解决对类似问题的处理具有一定的借鉴作用。

In order to solve power supply cable spike conducted susceptivity ( cs06 ) that photoelectric detection equipment was in electromagnetic compatibility test, the photoelectric detection equipment was done much work including work principle analysis,the failure tree analysis and test certification. The result proved that it was the degradation of matching performance that the linear power supply and the power supply filter was sensitive to cs06 was the major cause. The equipment anti-interference capability was improved by adding two differential-mode ca-pacitances and two differential-mode inductances in power module. The method was available.
