为了提高测距的红外测距的精度,提出了以MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,红外线发射接收模块为传感器,通过测量红外发射管发出的红外线反射的光线强度来测量距离。此系统将测量的光线强度转换为电压信号,并测得电压信号和距离的对应关系,最后通过最小二乘法进行分段拟合,得到电压信号和距离的关系式以实现测距。该红外测距系统误差达到1 mm,可以广泛近距离测距和汽车防撞系统中。
為瞭提高測距的紅外測距的精度,提齣瞭以MSP430F149單片機為控製覈心,紅外線髮射接收模塊為傳感器,通過測量紅外髮射管髮齣的紅外線反射的光線彊度來測量距離。此繫統將測量的光線彊度轉換為電壓信號,併測得電壓信號和距離的對應關繫,最後通過最小二乘法進行分段擬閤,得到電壓信號和距離的關繫式以實現測距。該紅外測距繫統誤差達到1 mm,可以廣汎近距離測距和汽車防撞繫統中。

In order to improve the accuracy of infrared distance measurement, we use MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer as control core, infrared receiving module as sensor for launch. The distance was measured by measuring the infrared intense of the reflected light which was emitted by infrared transmitting tube. This system will measure the light intensity to convert it into voltage signal,and form a corresponding relationship between the voltage signal and the distance. From the subsection fitting of the least square method,the relationship between the voltage signal and the distance gets for the distance measurement. Our method makes the error of the infrared distance measurement system reache to 1 mm. The system can be used widely to measure distance at close range and for automotive anti-collision system.
