实验中研究了不同盒厚(100μm、188μm、300μm)及摩擦取向(双面平行、双面反向、双面垂直)的液晶盒在温度变化下出射随机激光的特性。实验结果表明,随着温度的升高,随机激光的强度降低直至完全消失,继续升温随机激光重新出现。样品表面摩擦取向也会影响染料掺液晶随机激光的温控特性,同向摩擦的液晶盒随机激光消失点温度值较低。因此可以通过改变样品表面摩擦取向将随机激光阈值设置在特定的温度,可应用于远程温度传感领域。
實驗中研究瞭不同盒厚(100μm、188μm、300μm)及摩抆取嚮(雙麵平行、雙麵反嚮、雙麵垂直)的液晶盒在溫度變化下齣射隨機激光的特性。實驗結果錶明,隨著溫度的升高,隨機激光的彊度降低直至完全消失,繼續升溫隨機激光重新齣現。樣品錶麵摩抆取嚮也會影響染料摻液晶隨機激光的溫控特性,同嚮摩抆的液晶盒隨機激光消失點溫度值較低。因此可以通過改變樣品錶麵摩抆取嚮將隨機激光閾值設置在特定的溫度,可應用于遠程溫度傳感領域。

We experiment with liquid crystal cells which have different thicknesses(100 μm,188 μm,300 μm) and different orientations ( parallel, reverse, vertical ) and analyze their physical mechanism. The experimental results show that when the temperature increases, the intensity of the random laser reduces to zero. The random laser reoccurs at higher temperature. Parameters of the cell, such as orientation, will make difference to the thermal behavior of random laser. The random laser disappears at lower temperature when the cell has parallel orientation. Therefore the threshold behaviour of random lasers can be set to specific temperatures. This laser may find application in remote temperature sensing.
