目的:建立食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的PCR检测方法。方法:采用PCR技术特异性扩增金黄色葡萄球菌的耐热核酸酶编码基因(nuc基因),检测模拟样品中金黄色葡萄球菌。结果:所建立的模拟食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的PCR检测方法,特异性良好,敏感性可达61.76pg/μl。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确,为食源性金黄色葡萄球菌的检验提供了快速检测的手段,并为今后相关技术的研究积累了资料。

목적:건립식품중금황색포도구균적PCR검측방법。방법:채용PCR기술특이성확증금황색포도구균적내열핵산매편마기인(nuc기인),검측모의양품중금황색포도구균。결과:소건립적모의식품중금황색포도구균적PCR검측방법,특이성량호,민감성가체61.76pg/μl。결론:해방법간편、쾌첩、준학,위식원성금황색포도구균적검험제공료쾌속검측적수단,병위금후상관기술적연구적루료자료。
Objective:A method of PCR for detecting Staphylococcus aureus was established in foods. Methods:The ther?mostable nuclease gene(nuc)of Staphylococcus aureus was amplificated specifically by PCR for detection of Staphylococ?cus aureus in simulated samples. Results:The method of PCR for detection Staphylococcus aureus in the simulated sam?ple,good specificity,sensitivity of 61.76pg/μL. Conclusion:It’s suggested that PCR method was convenient,time sav?ing and accurate,To test of foodborne Staphylococcus aureus provides a rapid means of detecting and accumulated data for future research related technologies.
