采用HPLC-DAD研究并优化塑料制品中10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒(OBPA)的检测方法。样品经甲醇超声提取2次,滤膜过滤,采用乙腈-水(v/v=70:30)作为流动相进行洗脱,DAD波长为220 nm进行检测。当标样的浓度为0.25 mg/L~10 mg/L时,线性相关系数≥0.999,检出限5.0 mg/kg,空白样品的加标回收率为82%~101%。

Study and optimization of the detection methods for 10,10-Oxybisphenoxar-sine in plastic products by HPLC-DAD. Plastic sample was diluted in methanol and extracted by ultrasonic twice. The solution was then filtered through film. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(v/v=70:30). Detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. The linear corre?lation coefficient was greater than or equal to 0.999 in concentration range of 0.25~10.0 mg/L. And the detection limit was 5.0 mg/kg. The recoveries of the standard working solution with various concentrations in blank samples were researched and the results are 82%~101%.
