采用多铁低锌高居里点配方制备锰锌功率铁氧体材料,可大大提高饱和磁通密度Bs,但Pcv-T曲线尾巴上翘;为压平陡翘曲线掺入Co3+、Ti4+离子,另添加K1+、Li1+等碱金属离子可缓解以致消除Pcv-T曲线凹谷;优选掺杂体系和精细控制气氛烧结工艺,可有效提高材料密度,获得兼具TDK公司PC90的高Bs和 PC95的宽温低功耗特性材料,满足客户对宽温高直流叠加低功耗性能的要求。

MnZn ferrite was prepared using composition of high Fe, low Zn and high Curie temperature, of which the saturation magnetic flux density was greatly improved, but the Pcv-T curve exhibits a cocking-up tail. Adding Co3+, Ti4+and K+, Li+can “planish”the Pcv-T curve. Optimization of doping and fine control of atmosphere sintering can improve material density. As a result, ferrite material was developed with wide operation temperature and low power loss, featureing both high Bs of TDK PC 90 and wide temperature, low power loss of PC95, meeting application requirement for high operation temperature, high DC-bias and low power loss.
